Haller works in Kenya, promoting
and enabling ecological community development.
Haller collaborates with rural farming communities to improve self-sufficiency.
Based on the work of Dr. Rene Haller, a UNEP Global Laureate with 50 years
of experience in regenerating land in East Africa, they provide pragmatic
and ingenious solutions to the challenges that perpetuate the cycle of poverty;
namely sustainable food production, safe water, accessible healthcare and
education.
Our assessment:
- Haller has measurable impact: food production has increased in areas
where they operate.
- Haller's techniques can be expanded and replicated all over Africa.
- Their holistic approach means that all members of a given community
benefit.
