Rainforest Concern currently supports 19 projects in 12 countries. Their conservation work includes the protection and management of forests, and the creation of forest corridors to connect protected areas and avoid fragmentation. Their efforts also include the reforestation of land with native tree species. On the human side, Rainforest Concern supports alternative income generation, health and education projects. These include sustainable small-scale horticulture such as cultivation of shade grown coffee, the production of handicrafts, and responsible eco-tourism.
