Alicia Eastman

Alicia EastmanAlicia is a partner at Asia Pacific Capital and manager of both the GE Asia Pacific Capital Technology Fund and Asia Pacific Capital Fund II. She is also Managing Director of MAP Capital, a joint venture with the Modern Industrial Investment Group in Saudi Arabia.

Previously, she led international efforts at the Global Strategy and Alliances department of Elan Pharmaceuticals and was Vice President of Prudential's Asia Infrastructure Mezzanine Capital Fund (Franklin Templeton). She has held international strategy and investment positions at Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young, Lend Lease, and AirTouch (Vodafone).

She holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MA from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University.

Alicia is also on the Board of One Ummah.

Stefan Meigh

Stefan Meigh Stefan is the founder and director of Action Challenge, a company that organises worldwide charity fundraising and corporate teambuilding events. A keen mountaineer, cyclist and traveller, he spends as much time as possible exploring the more extreme parts of the world.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and is passionate about sustainable development, eco-tourism and the environment.

Sita founded Prospero in 2007 in response to a growing interest in a donor recommendation service for international charitable work. Prior to this, she worked for 5 years as a lecturer in English in the UK and Turkey. Her international experience includes researching and assessing development projects in Thailand, Africa, India, the Philippines and recently, Cambodia.

Sita's special interest is in the Arts and Development.

Sita grew up in Geneva, read English at Oxford and then obtained her PhD from King's College, London.

Sita is a Trustee of Global Foundation for Humanity, Entrepreneur Du Monde and PAN Intercultural Arts.

Bridget Franklin

Bridget Franklin is a consultant with 15 years of experience in the UK charity sector. She has been a fundraiser specialising in Trusts and Major Gifts and most recently was Charity Director of ShareGift, a grant-making charity specialising in share donations, where she ran the charity's grants programme of approximately £2 million.

Bridget's special interests are UK charities, Tax Efficient Giving and Trusts.

Bridget has an MA in Classics from Cambridge University.

Sandra Lauckner-Rothschild

Sandra has worked with numerous charities providing organisational and management support, strengthening governance and improving sustainability. As the assistant to the Counsellor of Development Co-operation at the German Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa, she took on advocacy at a national and international level. Her work has taken her to Latin America, Southern Africa and the Middle East.

Sandra's special interests are education, women's rights and Israel and Palestine.

She holds a Masters in Social Anthropology and Sociology from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, RSA and Freie Universitaet, Berlin, Germany.

Sandra is a committee member of the Montessori Society AMI UK.

Anna-Louisa Psarras

Anna-Louisa has 10 years experience in the third sector. She has worked on issues including the environment, human rights, election monitoring and the rule of law, community development and crisis response. Her work has taken her to Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Before joining Prospero, Anna-Louisa was the Executive Director of the Zimbabwe Benefit Foundation.

Anna-Louisa's special interests are fragile states and start-up organizations.

Anna-Louisa graduated from Edinburgh University in 2001 with an MA (Hons) in Social Anthropology and Comparative Religion.

Anna-Louisa is a Trustee of Off The Street Kids.

Aparna Thadani

Aparna Thadani

Having studied both Anthropology and International Relations at Oxford Brookes University, Aparna focused on ecological anthropology and the international relations of global environmental change. Her graduate thesis was based on a case study from India discussing the human rights and cultural identity issues surrounding the relocation of villagers for the creation of a national park. She has worked in Hong Kong, Italy, Singapore and London in a colourful range of fields including education, environmental and marine conservation, art management and charity housing projects. In October 2010, Aparna set up the Prospero Singapore office.

Aparna's special interests are conservation and education.
